Tucked inside the PARIA coffee shop in Chapel Allerton, Not Bakery is our small but but perfectly formed bakehouse turning out beautiful bakes with serious flavour. Inspired by Scandinavian techniques,bold Polish/ British creativity , we do fresh, flaky, indulgent pastries—done our way.
From cardamom buns to wild focaccias, Not Bakery makes everything by hand, in-house, with fresh ingredients no preservatives and tastes even better with a flat white, chances are we made it this morning.
