Not so great

Im use to wearing cycling jersey for road riding and these are a bit too fitted for casual riding. I thought this shirt would be a good idea but the back pocket is way to hard to access. I need to stop riding and have to really twist my arm around to get to the pocket. Its such a pain that I just dont use the pocket anymore and this was the whole reason I bought the shirt, The other thing is the shirt shrunk on the first wash, which was at only 30C with mild detergent. It was a cool design but I dont think I'll be back.

Tried to exchange but no response

I have returned the item for exchange and tried to contact someone about this but I’ve heard nothing for over a week. The item has been delivered back to the warehouse but nobody seems to be acknowledging the return. I can only hope that it’s is being dealt with, but the communication hasn’t been great. A shame.
