All items are shipped direct from our UK warehouse. Think Dr Evil style henchman and oompa loompas all over the shop working together to ensure you get your cycling jersey in box fresh condition ASAP.

A confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been dispatched. In case of your product not being delivered; our carrier’s policy is that a parcel isn’t officially lost until after 15 days. This allows for the parcel to be returned to us in case of difficulty delivering it. You know, if you were in the shower or something (which is highly likely) and they tapped the door with the end of their little finger, and then left 2 seconds later…. If you still haven’t received it 28 days after your original order please get in touch.

Paria is only able to dispatch orders on working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, maybe a weekend day if it’s raining, or the other half is shopping with her Mum and we have logged in (i know, i should just try and relax. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an Express order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day which is Monday. We do not ship on UK Bank Holidays. Although we might have a sneaky look at our emails, or Facebook. Probably Instagram as well to be fair.

Please note:
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, either for UK or Rest of the World, we reserve the right to charge postage for the redelivery.
