Customer Information Paria

All items are shipped direct from our UK warehouse.

A confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been dispatched. In case of your product not being delivered; our carrier’s policy is that a parcel isn’t officially lost until after 15 days. This allows for the parcel to be returned to us in case of difficulty delivering it. You know, if you were in the shower or something (which is highly likely) and they tapped the door with the end of their little finger, and then left 2 seconds later…. If you still haven’t received it 28 days after your original order please get in touch.

Paria is only able to dispatch orders on working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday

Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend (we aren’t ASOS or Amazon basically)

For example, if you place an Express order on Saturday your order will be dispatched from our warehouse on the next working day which is Monday. We do not ship on UK Bank Holidays. Although we might have a sneaky look at our emails, or Facebook. Probably Instagram as well to be fair.

International orders are shipped via DHL and will be fully trackable.

Please provide us with your cell/mobile number – this helps us to get in contact if there is difficulty delivering your order.

Please note:
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, either for UK or Rest of the World, we reserve the right to charge postage for the redelivery.

RUSSIA

All items shipping to Russia/ Russian Federation need to be shipped to a business address, NOT a personal address.

Where this is not detailed on the order, and the item returned, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.

Where free shipping has been applied as a result of order value, and the purchaser hasn’t designated a delivery address which is business related, PARIA reserves the right to deduct the value of the shipping from the final refund if the customer does not wish to arrange re-delivery.

PARIA reserves the right to charge for re-delivery where a new business address is provided and the product is still required.

We don’t cover your returns shipping, as again – we aren’t ASOS or Amazon and it would break us.

We subsidise the cost of shipping to make sure you pay a fair price for getting your kit, where ever you are. As a result, we can’t budget to cover the cost of returns where the product wasn’t right for you.
